Ball Cleaner – Detergent for ball pit balls cleaner

For professional users of ball pit balls, such as play paradises, day care centres, healthcare institutions, community centres, showrooms and hair salons, it is within the EU obliged to use approved cleaning agents for cleaning balls.

A legal requirement is that the safety data sheet (SDS) must be present on site at all times. This safety data sheet can be requested from us. Even if you outsource the cleaning of the balls, you remain responsible for the use of the correct detergent and the availability of the safety data sheet. Check the cleaning company for this!

With this ball cleaner you ensure a safe, hygienic and sustainable playing environment that meets all legal requirements.

Dosage and use

• Manual cleaning: 10 ml detergent per 8 litres of cold water.
• Machine cleaning: 200-250 ml detergent per 200 litres of cold water (good for cleaning up to 20,000 balls).

Important: Always use cold water when cleaning balls. Never use heated water.

Safety and warnings

In accordance EU Regulation 1272/2008 (CLP):

• Hazard classification: H319 – Causes serious eye irritation.
• Safety recommendations:
  • P280: Wear eye protection.
  • P337 + P313: Consult a physician if eye irritation persists.

First aid in emergencies:

• In case of contact with eyes: Rinse immediately with plenty of water and remove contact lenses if present. Consult a physician if irritation persists.
• If swallowed: Rinse mouth thoroughly. Do not induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical attention or call 911.
• By inhalation: Remove victim to fresh air.

Environment and sustainability

• Biodegradable: The surfactants in this product meet the biodegradability criteria according to Regulation (EC) No 648/2004.
• Not hazardous to the environment: The product is not classified as hazardous to the environment or marine pollution.
