At Combiplay we strive for 100% satisfaction. Want to return a product? Follow the steps below to make the process run smoothly.
Please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order to report your return. Please include your order number and the products you wish to return.
We will process your return request and send you a return label by email. The return costs will be deducted from the amount paid.
Pack your items carefully and stick the received return label on the package. Make sure the old shipping label is removed.
Take your package to a post office or parcel point and send it with the return label you received from us.
Once we have received and processed your return, the amount (minus the return costs) will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.
